Lancaster, Pa. (July 9, 2008) – In response to a growing demand for GIS service including GPS, ARRO, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm, announced today that Nicholas S. Lucash has been hired for the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) division.
Lucash joins ARRO with nine years of experience as a geospatial analyst for the United States Army where he provided terrain analysis as a member of the National Guard. Formerly a GIS analyst at West Chester University, his responsibilities now include Global Positioning System (GPS) data development, GIS data creation, and database creation and mapping production. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from West Chester University.
ARRO provides professional engineering and environmental consulting services to municipal, industrial and commercial enterprises. ARRO offers a wide range of services to its clients, including preparing land use plans, designing water and wastewater treatment systems for municipalities and authorities, water and wastewater management and operations, completing environmental compliance reports and providing structural engineering services.
