Lancaster, Pa. (August 26, 2008) — ARRO, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm with seven offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland, announced that it has been appointed to serve as the wastewater engineering firm of record for the Antietam Valley Municipal authority in Berks County. ARRO will provide wastewater engineering services and offer advice for the maintanance of the Authority’s wastewater treatment facility as well as the collection and conveyance system.
