Lancaster, Pa. (August 26, 2008) — ARRO, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm with seven offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland, announced that it has been appointed to serve in an engineering capacity for seven Schuylkill County communities.
Adding to its growing client list in Schuylkill County, ARRO has been appointed municipal engineer in Rush, East Norwegian and Delano townships, and Mechanicsville and Gilberton boroughs. As municipal engineer, ARRO will assist the municipalities with a variety of engineering needs including maintenance, repair and upgrades to infrastructure.
ARRO was also retained as streets and planning commission engineer in Norwegian Township and streets engineer in the Borough of Orwigsburg.
