ARRO Expands in Maryland

We are proud to announce that we have opened another office location in order to stay out in front of the growing needs of our clients. The new Havre de Grace facility serves ARRO clients in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, northeastern Maryland and northern Delaware.

“This new location allows ARRO to better meet the needs of our existing and new clients in Havre de Grace and the surrounding area,” said John Highby, Office Manager of the new site. “The strategic location along the bustling I-95 corridor has a strong growth potential and allows our team to be within minutes of clients.”

The expansion provides greater cross-service capabilities between the new location and the established Hagerstown office in Washington County. The new office offers the complete line of ARRO services, including wastewater/ water, civil/municipal, geosciences, geographic information systems, planning and contract operations.
