Lancaster, Pa. (July 16, 2008) – William N. McMullen has been hired as a project manager with Lancaster-based ARRO, an engineering and environmental consulting firm. McMullen, of Tamaqua, Pa., joins ARRO with more than 17 years of experience as a project manager and sewage enforcement officer. He will support clients in the Orwigsburg office.
McMullen is a certified building inspector, plumbing inspector and family dwelling building inspector by both BOCA and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. He attended Penn State and Lehigh Carbon Community College. He previously was a project manager with Lehigh Engineering, LLC in Pottsville.
