Lancaster, Pa.  (July 21, 2008) —  ARRO, a Lancaster-based engineering and environmental consulting firm, announced that it has been named executive director of the Upper Uwchlan Municipal Authority in Upper Uwchlan Township, Chester County, and will oversee sewer service to all new development.

ARRO will also be charged with all billing and budgetary matters for the $1.8 million authority, which serves one of the fastest-growing communities in Chester County.

Lancaster-based ARRO offers a wide range of services to its clients, including preparing land use plans, designing water and wastewater treatment systems for municipalities and authorities, completing environmental compliance reports and providing structural engineering services.
