Lancaster, Pa. (Jul 14, 2008) – Frederick Gabriel II, PLS, of Marietta, Pa. has joined ARRO, an engineering and environmental consulting firm headquartered in Lancaster.  As part of the firm’s growing surveying area, Gabriel will manage the surveying department, including all pricing, scheduling and marketing operations.

Gabriel joins ARRO with 23 years of experience in surveying and drafting, and has a strong focus on personnel training. He will oversee staff on new and innovative surveying methods. With experience as a field artillery surveyor in the military, Gabriel has served as both president and vice-president of the South Central Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors.

ARRO provides professional engineering and environmental consulting services to municipal, industrial and commercial enterprises. ARRO offers a wide range of services to its clients, including preparing land use plans, designing water and wastewater treatment systems for municipalities and authorities, completing environmental compliance reports and providing structural engineering services.
