ARRO Names New Project Manager
Company continues to add staff to meet growing client base

Lancaster, Pa. (July 14, 2008) – ARRO, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm with seven offices in Pa. and Md., today announced that Ronald J. Horton, P.E., has joined the company as a project manager with the Lancaster and Mechanicsburg offices. horton_ron.jpgHorton joins ARRO with more than 18 years of experience providing professional engineering and consulting services to municipal, environmental and land development clients. Prior to joining ARRO, Horton was a senior engineer and department head for Melham Associates in Harrisburg, Pa. In that position, Horton was responsible for project management, business development, engineering design, quality control and regulatory compliance. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.

ARRO provides professional engineering and environmental consulting services to municipal, industrial and commercial enterprises. ARRO offers a wide range of services to its clients, including preparing land use plans, designing water and wastewater treatment systems for municipalities and authorities, completing environmental compliance reports and providing structural engineering services.
