Limerick, Pa. (July 17, 2008) – ARRO, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm with seven offices in Pa. and Md., announced that Catherine J. Cadwell has joined the management administration team as human resources manager. She will be working in the Limerick office.

Cadwell, of Gilbertsville, Pa., joins ARRO with more than 10 years of experience in human resources management and will oversee all human resources functions for more than 130 employees in seven offices. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, her responsibilities include maintaining the benefits package, coordinating the salary administration program, recruiting and conducting new hire orientations, as well as other administrative functions.

Prior to joining ARRO, Cadwell worked for Allied Mortgage Group Inc., in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., where she managed all aspects of human resources for the firm and its 14 branches, including policies and procedures, benefits and operations. She also has a depth of experience in payroll management, banking and licensing regulations.
