Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience in water resource development. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and experience working with public works projects and clients including municipalities and sewer and water authorities. Project management experience, experience with business development, and knowledge of regulatory requirements related to ground water supply are preferred. A Pennsylvania PG license is required. Work may involve surface water and groundwater source development, permitting, interaction with state and local regulatory agencies and river basin commissions, nitrate studies, wellhead protection, plume calculations and stream impact assessments and grant funding applications. This position may be based out of any of our office locations in Pennsylvania or Maryland.
