Lancaster, Pa. (July 9, 2008) – ARRO, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm with headquarters in Lancaster, has hired Leif K. Rowles, P.E., as a civil engineer III to provide clients with wide environmental engineering solutions including storm water design and erosion and sedimentation control, as well as municipal work with parks, roads and sidewalks.

Rowles joins ARRO with more than 16 years of experience in providing environmental engineering services to municipal, environmental and land development clients. Prior to joining ARRO, Rowles was a project engineer for Boucher & James, Inc. in Doylestown, Pa. In that position, Rowles was responsible for stormwater studies, design reviews and field inspections.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University.
