Lancaster, Pa. (August 26, 2008) — ARRO, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm with seven offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland, announced that it has been appointed to serve two York County communities in an engineering capacity.

In Fairview Township, ARRO was appointed township engineer. In this role, ARRO will assist the township with the coordination and administration of all municipal engineering functions as well as verifying compliance with the township’s ordinances and regulations.

In Spring Grove Borough, ARRO was named wastewater engineer and will provide the engineering assistance required to operate and maintain the borough’s wastewater treatment facility as well as the collection and conveyance system.
