Lancaster, Pa. (July 16, 2008) – Thomas V. Yashinsky has been named assistant vice president of Lancaster-based ARRO, an engineering and environmental consulting firm. As assistant vice president, Yashinsky will manage the day-to-day operations of the Orwigsburg office, including administration and business development, as well as completion of various municipal and private project planning.
Yashinsky comes to ARRO with more than 25 years of experience working as a professional planner on many municipal and private sector projects. Previously managing director and partner in Lehigh Engineering LLC, Yashinsky earned a degree from Penn State University and is a PA Certified Building Code Inspector and Sewage Enforcement Officer. The previously owned and managed Lehigh Engineering, LLC., in Pottsville.
ARRO provides professional engineering and environmental consulting services to municipal, industrial and commercial enterprises.
